RebelRoam is on a mission to improve the passenger Wi-Fi onboard buses, trains and cruise ships. Our customers are some of the largest passenger transportation and travel companies in the world who really care about their guests’ experience. We are helping to increase passenger satisfaction with the onboard Wi-Fi by optimizing the network traffic and providing them with broadband connectivity over cellular 5G and Starlink connection.
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in solution selling to large companies. The key focus is on developing relationships and selling to the largest cruise and bus companies in Europe and North America. You will be our highest-level sales star working together with the founders to streamline our sales process and message to the key stakeholders.
You should be passionate about customer experience, great at understanding customer needs and putting the right solution together for them. The work can be done remotely, in our office and in some cases, it will take you to different countries to visit trade shows and our customers.
Responsibilities
- Understanding market trends
- Developing your own sales plan and identifying the most likely prospects
- Identifying key stakeholders within the target companies
- Building strong customer relationships by providing them with valuable insight
- Uncovering customer problems and tailoring our proposal to their needs
- Working with customer procurement teams and negotiating contracts
- Working with our marketing team to develop relevant sales materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales
- The position may require some travel to industry events and visiting customers
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a technology or telecom sector is a big plus
